Jacob Welper

Jacob Welper’s whole career has been built around public service and it started back in High School. From being an Eagle Scout from Troop 1030 to earning his Silver Cords for over 200 hours of Community Service, he understands the importance of helping others and how the community benefits as a whole with one selfless act.

Jacob is currently a Sergeant in the Iowa Army National Guard and has been serving for 11 years. He is also a licensed public school educator and has dedicated his life to teaching future generations. Public service has shaped Jacob’s values and will continue to mold his decisions and solidify his commitment to everyone in his community.
