Cody Williams

Cody Williams is a lifelong North Iowan with deep roots in rural Iowa and a career dedicated to serving children, families, and local communities. Raised in Titonka, Cody worked in a local grocery store and as a farm hand before moving to Mason City to attend NIACC. He earned degrees in Human Services, Psychology, and Mental Health Counseling, and has spent over 20 years working alongside schools, families, law enforcement, and local agencies to strengthen the community.

Cody is the founder of Turning Leaf Counseling, a locally owned practice that now employs 20 clinicians and serves thousands of individuals and families across North Iowa. He previously managed public funds for the Cerro Gordo–Hancock–Worth Early Childhood Board for 13 years and has taught college courses in human services and counseling. A small business owner, volunteer youth coach, and father of three, Cody lives in rural Clear Lake with his wife and family. He is running for Cerro Gordo County Supervisor, District 2, to bring practical leadership, responsible budgeting, and common-sense solutions to county government.
